Covid-19 Latest: England is currently in national lockdown. We are planning to reopen on Monday 12th April 2021.
In line with the latest Government Covid-19 guidelines on reopening, we have made a number of changes to the daily running of our boutique. These changes have been carefully considered to ensure the safety and welfare of our staff, brides and guests.
We want you to enjoy your appointment, and experience that special moment, sometimes with tears (happy, of course!), of finding the wedding dress of your dreams. We are determined to ensure that you feel safe in a comfortable, relaxed environment, and feel special during this exciting time in your life. Please take the time to read this and don’t hesitate in contacting us, if you have any further queries regarding your forthcoming visit.

All appointments are to be booked in advance. It is not currently possible to pop in and browse.
You are welcome to bring two guests; one of them will help you in to your chosen dresses.It is important that the guest helping you in the fitting room is someone you feel comfortable with.Please feel free to invite the rest of your Bridal party digitally! We have Wifi and a selfie station available, so that you are able to enjoy your appointment hands free. Complimentary still or sparkling bottled water will also be made available throughout your appointment.
All of our staggered appointments are private, with a one to one service. You will be on either the ground or the first floor and your fitting area will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival.
THE NEW NORMAL
Please arrive at the boutique no more than 5 minutes before your appointment, where you will be warmly greeted at our Welcoming Station. Your Sales Consultant will explain the protocol for your appointment and will provide you and your guest with disposable face coverings and gloves. Hand sanitiser will also be available for regular use. Social distancing measures will remain in place, as much as possible, throughout your appointment.
You will have the opportunity to browse the dresses in store with your Sales Consultant. If you have already carried out a little research on our website, let us know your favourites and we’ll show you them before you decide to try.
OUR CLEANING PROCEDURES
Our boutique will be thoroughly cleaned every morning before opening, paying particular attention to high touch points including door handles and stair banisters. High touch points will continue to be cleaned at regular intervals throughout the day.
Additionally, each fitting area will be thoroughly cleaned after every appointment.
After each dress has been tried on, it will be taken away to be steamed (100°C) and disinfected. No dress will be tried on by another Bride until this process has been completed.
This cleaning process will also apply to any hoops, veils and headdresses used throughout an appointment.
To ensure the safety and welfare of our staff and customers, please do not attend your appointment if; you have not been following current government guidelines in relation to social distancing in the last 14 days, you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, you have been in contact with anyone with Covid-19 symptoms in the last 14 days, you are awaiting the outcome of a Covid-19 test, you are in a quarantine period having arrived in the UK in the last 14 days. We are happy to rearrange your appointment for another time soon.
All members of staff will also be asked to confirm the above prior to the start of each working day.
We are NHS Track and Trace registered and have an NHS QR code, which is on display at the entrance to our boutique. If you have the NHS Covid-19 App, please scan the QR code upon your arrival.
We are putting these procedures in place for the foreseeable future to protect our team and our customers. Our staff will be wearing face coverings, face visors, aprons and gloves during appointments and will be using hand sanitiser throughout the day. Because of these hygiene and safety precautions, your experience may feel a little clinical. We promise to do everything we can for you to enjoy your time with us, have a memorable experience and we look forward to sharing in your happiness when you find ‘the one’.
